Ingredients:
- 12 Chicken Wings
- Chilli Flakes
For the marinade:
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. sriracha/hot sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 and 1/2 tsp. hoisin
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. fresh minced ginger (or 1/2 tsp. dried ground ginger)
For the sauce:
- Sriracha/hot sauce
- Mayo
Put it all together:
- Mix together the ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl, add the chicken wings and leave to flavour up in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight
- Preheat your SKOTTI Grill
- Mix Sriracha sauce and mayo in a 2:1 ratio and set aside
- Grill the wings until crispy & cooked through
- Sprinkle with chilli flakes if desired for extra kick
- Dip the wings and enjoy!
