Chicken Wings with Sriracha Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 12 Chicken Wings
  • Chilli Flakes

For the marinade:

  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. sriracha/hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp. hoisin
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. fresh minced ginger (or 1/2 tsp. dried ground ginger)

For the sauce:

  • Sriracha/hot sauce
  • Mayo 

 

Put it all together:

  1. Mix together the ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl, add the chicken wings and leave to flavour up in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight
  2. Preheat your SKOTTI Grill 
  3. Mix Sriracha sauce and mayo in a 2:1 ratio and set aside
  4. Grill the wings until crispy & cooked through
  5. Sprinkle with chilli flakes if desired for extra kick
  6. Dip the wings and enjoy!
