Easy Garlic & Chilli Prawns

Ingredients

  • Fresh Prawns
  • Fresh Garlic 
  • Fresh Chilli
  • Good quality olive oil
  • Fresh crispy baguette

Method

  • Wash and pat dry your prawns with a paper towel
  • Chop chilli (remove your seeds)
  • Mix together garlic, oil and chilli 
  • Fry the prawns on your SKOTTI in the garlic/chilli mix until cooked through (Pro tip, the SKOTTI Boks works perfectly, but you can also use any fry pan)
  • Cut fresh, crispy baguette (butter it if you like!) Serve on the side with your prawns and enjoy dunked in the chilli/garlic oil
