Ingredients
- Fresh Prawns
- Fresh Garlic
- Fresh Chilli
- Good quality olive oil
- Fresh crispy baguette
Method
- Wash and pat dry your prawns with a paper towel
- Chop chilli (remove your seeds)
- Mix together garlic, oil and chilli
- Fry the prawns on your SKOTTI in the garlic/chilli mix until cooked through (Pro tip, the SKOTTI Boks works perfectly, but you can also use any fry pan)
- Cut fresh, crispy baguette (butter it if you like!) Serve on the side with your prawns and enjoy dunked in the chilli/garlic oil
